Shipping & delivery
Shipping is free on every US order, with tracking and no minimum. We prepare and ship your order within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding US holidays). Delivery then takes 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday), so most orders arrive within 6–12 business days of being placed. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Returns & exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item for any reason, as long as it's unworn, unwashed and still has its tags. Email support@parkerreeve.com with your order number first and we'll send you the return instructions. If you changed your mind, you pay for return shipping. If an item arrives defective, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover it. Prefer a different size or color? Tell us and we'll arrange an exchange. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
