Where to find your tracking link
- Shipping confirmation email: the tracking link is in the email we send when your order ships. Check your spam folder if you can't find it.
- Your account: sign in with the email address you used at checkout to see your order status and tracking.
How long it takes
Shipping is free on every US order, with tracking and no minimum. We prepare and ship your order within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding US holidays). Delivery then takes 5–10 business days (Monday to Friday), so most orders arrive within 6–12 business days of being placed. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
A new tracking number can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan. Still no movement after that, or no email within 1–2 business days of your order? Email support@parkerreeve.com with your order number and we'll look it up for you.
